Originally from India, Janani has had a diverse and expansive journey in architecture, working across various fields and geographies. She began their career as a Landscape Architect in Dubai before practicing architecture in India for two years. Learn more.

Elise Herenton Studio Designer

Elise Herenton had long dreamed of living in Chicago since her early college days, which led her to intern at Brynn Olson Design Group in the city during the summer of 2019. Her formal career in Interior Design commenced in Little Rock, AR at Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects in 2021, where she gained extensive experience in commercial, corporate, and healthcare design. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Emily moved to Chicago for graduate school and to advance her career, developing a strong appreciation for the contrasting landscapes she has encountered. Heather Malis is a graduate from Iowa State University’s Interior Design program, complemented by a minor in psychology. Her passion for design stems from a profound interest in understanding human wants and needs, which she integrates into creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing environments. Jay Dragon boasts over eight years of experience in the design industry as a passionate and creative Architectural Associate & Interior Designer based in Chicago, Illinois. Starting with a background in architecture, Jay has immersed himself in interiors over the past four years, driven by a deep appreciation for details, space planning, and the holistic approach of design from the inside-out.
