As a company that is young and growing, ShopRunner wanted a design to reflect their exuberant, fun-loving personality, while also establishing themselves as trusted partners to their retail clients. Partners by Design clearly understood their scrappy culture and was able to deliver on two competing values: to encourage their inherently communal and inclusive nature, while providing for the tech-heavy infrastructure required to excel in their business. The new office not only looks inward to the success of their employees but now also looks outward, encouraging their clients, business partners and the neighboring community to join in their growth.
