Cloud-based software provider Paylocity re-committed to northwest suburban Chicago with a long-term, 309,000-square-foot lease in Schaumburg. With more than 1,300 people on staff, the company engaged Partners by Design to help design their new headquarters located in space previously occupied by insurer Zurich North America. Since the first of four phases began in 2016, Paylocity and Partners by Design have been working together to create a 14-floor office environment that elevates and enhances communications and keep employees excited about their work. Paylocity’s brand identity has been infused into the new space, and their traditional office has been upgraded to a bright, light, open workspace with collaboration zones to bring everyone together.
Partners by Design continues to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of this employee-centric company, allowing Paylocity to focus on what they do best: taking care of their tech, their clients, and their people.
