For their 23,000 SF Chicago office relocation, Leopardo turned to Partners by Design to create a welcoming space for employees and guests that reflected the leading construction company’s work and culture. The overall design takes cues from the firm’s aesthetic, using raw materials such as concrete and mixed metals, offset by warm furnishings and extensive planters. A large town hall and game room with golf simulator provide the perfect place for entertaining. To provide flexibility, the training room has been equipped with a 30-foot rolling door, giving the option to expand the room for larger events. The project is seeking both LEED Silver and WELL Gold certification.
