Intermatic is the market leader in energy controls of simple, reliable solutions for any location. The project consists of appromiately 30,000 SF of office space which houses approxmately 120 – 150 people. In addition to the office space the project includes the design of approximately 15,000 SF of Lab, R&D, photography studio, and Model Space. The new Intermatic space will explore architectural details of simplicity and provide interest through the use of textural variation and unexpected moments. The design will capture tradition while expressing a fresh, welcoming, and warm environment that will remain timeless through evolving styles.
