Partners by Design created an office environment with thoughtful design details including wood-look floors, lounge areas, live plants, layers of light, and drapery in office spaces, that all nod to the residential market. Hospitable furniture and a custom wainscoting HPA logo is the first visual off of the elevator lobby, leading to a reception desk designed to feel like a kitchen island. The homey warmth is balanced with a sophisticated corporate base palette and an efficient office layout. Individual user spaces are minimized to allow generous allotment to collaboration areas, lounge seating, a meditation room, and inviting work café.
