Recognizing the need for high-quality space design and an integrated workplace, Focus enlisted the expertise of Partners by Design for their office relocation. In a move to the top floor of 100 South Wacker, Focus brought Partners by Design on board to design an environment that would reflect their mission, values and brand essence. A collaborative work space was supported with the addition of four new conference rooms of varying size and functionality. Flexibility, openness and access to daylight was maximized with glass-lined enclosed areas. The resulting design solution incorporates wood and natural materials as feature elements. The open floor plan maximizes views of the city while encouraging staff engagement and functional efficiencies internally.
