This Tech group was moving into a new, ground-up 12-story office building in the Fulton Market district. PBD collaborated with the team to create a new office ecosystem consisting of various experiential spaces throughout the stack, extending over 6 floors. PBD conceived a spatial concept that “put people first”. Driven by diversity and inclusion, this concept strove to create spaces as destination; the top floor kitchen, server and dining “veranda” connecting to the roof deck, the connecting stair linking café’s on the floors, the Chicago “backyard” and the Moroccan inspired barista-bars. These spaces were tailored to create a variety of experiences, becoming the social anchor for each floor. PBD spearheaded the interior design of this global Tech Client’s office location in Chicago. The team combined various colors and materials throughout to create a space that is every bit as functional as it is unique.
