For this confidential project, a comprehensive renovation was undertaken on a three-story structure situated in Fulton Market. The building’s owner, acting as the client, aspired to create alluring and lease-ready spaces to attract tenants. The endeavor encompassed the development of office spec-suites on the second and third floors, while the first floor underwent a whiteboxing process to accommodate retail spaces. The entire building received upgrades to ensure full compliance with accessibility requirements. Notably, a new rooftop amenity was introduced for the third-floor area, complete with a staircase, penthouse, and a vertical platform lift.
