BCU is a credit union who was looking to expand from their current headquarter building into a 3-story building next door. Strong emphasis was placed on natural light, corporate identity and staff amenities. Project scope included offices, open areas, high tech conferencing, employee café, staffed barista, fitness center, as well as upgrades to base building restrooms and elevator cabs.
