Since 2019, PBD has had the opportunity to work with Beacon Capital Partners at 231 S. LaSalle. PBD was most recently engaged to complete the 12th floor at 231 S LaSalle (Central Standard Building) in the heart of Chicago’s loop. Leaning into the concept of a tailored whiskey bar, this suite expresses a modern, artful, and refined palette with a raw, exposed ceiling that contrasts the space. This full floor spec suite, at almost 50,000 SF, has a combination of open collaboration spaces, library inspired hoteling, a variety of small team huddle rooms and larger conferencing and meeting rooms, private offices, two bars, and even a hidden speakeasy.
