Jay Dragon boasts over eight years of experience in the design industry as a passionate and creative Architectural Associate & Interior Designer based in Chicago, Illinois. Starting with a background in architecture, Jay has immersed himself in interiors over the past four years, driven by a deep appreciation for details, space planning, and the holistic approach of design from the inside-out. Inspired by the dynamic energy and intricacies of urban environments, Jay aims to infuse a sense of balance and tranquility into all of his designs. Growing up with an artist mother and an engineer father, Jay witnessed the fusion of these two worlds early on, sparking his ambition to pursue architecture and interior design. Throughout his career, Jay has collaborated with diverse and talented teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers, delivering high-quality and innovative projects across sectors such as commercial interiors, residential, multi-family, and senior-living. His strong project management skills ensure that projects are meticulously coordinated from inception to completion, meeting budget, schedule, and design goals, Jay finds fulfillment in mentoring aspiring designers and has served as a co-leader in the ACE Mentorship Program in Chicago for the past two years.
