With a background in social work, he brings a refreshing, empathetic touch to HR, aiming to build workplaces that feel as supportive as your favorite comfy chair. His journey through the architecture and design world has taken him from single-family home design to the hustle and bustle of a global architecture firm. Proudly queer, James is committed to building environments where everyone can bring their full, authentic selves to the table. After all, just like any great structure, a strong team starts with a solid foundation of trust, respect, and a dash of personality.
