With more than 20+ years of experience, Erika’s style of thinking and ability to listen with the intent to understand is instrumental in developing client specific strategies that are relevant in an ever changing business environment. Through a conscious, deliberate and collaborative process; collective opportunities are identified, priorities are established and methods for achievement are defined. As a Principal, Erika acts as a liaison between all parties involved in the workplace process to help ensure design aligns with the client’s vision and strategy. She is a leader who is committed to guiding and listening to all members of her team while striving to exceed client expectations from the very first day of the project thru the last.
